Delivery Information
We deliver to Canberra and nearby areas as well as interstate for most baked goods. We recommend that someone be home to receive your order, as some of our products are perishable and we don't use refrigerated packaging. If the recipient is unavailable at the specified address, the driver may leave the order at the door at their discretion. We will not be responsible for any damaged or spoiled products left at the door. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, as well as a correct phone number for contact.
What should I do if my cookies are damaged in transit?
If you notice that your order is damaged, please send us photos and a description of the damage to doughityourself1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We offer delivery interstate for our baked goods only.
We can't guarantee a specific arrival date, but your order should arrive within 2-5 business days of leaving our warehouse. Place your order before 1pm for next-day delivery in Canberra. If you require a specific time for delivery (Canberra only) please send email directly to doughityourself1@gmail.com and specify the time you would like and we will endeavour to get it to you by then.
