Yes, we recommend that someone be home to receive your order as some of our products are perishable and we don't use refrigerated packaging.

The driver may leave the order at your door at their discretion. However, we cannot be responsible for any damaged or spoiled products left at the door.

If you notice that your order is damaged, please send us photos and a description of the damage to doughityourself1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We only deliver cookie dough locally to ensure freshness.
Is it possible to specify a desired shipping date and time for interstate delivery?
We can't guarantee a specific arrival date, but your order should arrive within 2-5 business days of leaving our warehouse. We offer interstate shipping for our Loaded Cookie Boxes only. If you require a specific time for delivery (Canberra only) please send email directly to doughityourself1@gmail.com and specify the time you would like and we will endeavour to get it to you by then.
